life in Federal and State prison. Through his years of existing in such a close-minded
environment, he had the unique opportunity to open his own.
Many of the concepts woven throughout KMIR were birthed from Mr. Alma’s many years of
incarceration. His workshops, nutrition bar, fitness camps and lectures are all created to help
impact the lives of those who have got off track in life. KMIR, “Keep Me In Remembrance” is
more than a company and non-profit, The KMIR Experience is a culture and way of life.
During Mr. Alma’s incarceration, he discovered the power of mindfulness training. It was from
this practice that he created a new method of meditation called Resistance Meditation
Therapy, (R.M.T.). A new style of meditation for people facing high stress and triggering life
circumstances.
Seneca KMIR Alma is also an award-winning playwright, and in 2022 was a top ten finalist in the
national speaking competition, “The Great American Speak Off”. He has served as a spiritual
facilitator at the Dallas Meditation Center in Richardson, is a dad to his son Elijah, and a former
fitness/yoga/meditation trainer at Good Work, co-coworking space in Dallas TX.

Rick is an ordained minister and a results oriented business and life coach with a variety of business experience. Rick is dedicated to helping create purpose driven wealth from the inside out through helping clients understand God’s universal laws for prosperity, business strategies and systems for success, and helping people understand they were born to be a BOSS.
Rick is president and CEO of Boss Capital Partners, LLC. Boss is a boutique investment banking and consulting company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs buy and sell and scale companies and provide financing for commercial real estate projects. Boss is a commercial loan intermediary for some of the largest commercial lending companies in the world including Wells Fargo.
Rick earned a B.S degree from Butler University, an MBA in Management from Indiana University, and a doctorate in law from Valparaiso University. Rick an Accredited Business Intermediary and Rick is an accredited commercial lending intermediary with some of the largest commercial lending companies in the United States. Rick has also served as an adjunct professor of finance at Vincennes University.
